Join us as Sales Manager, Human Health APAC

As our Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to be responsible for driving sales growth, business development and innovation projects on HMOs in the Asia Pacific Region. You will be reporting to the Head of Global Sales for Advanced Health and Proteins, and you will be part of the global sales team. The position allows you to bring your sales execution skills, account management experience and passion for building business and partnerships with customers in infant health space. The position will be based in Asia Pacific Region, ideally in our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, however home-office in a different country is also an option.

In this role you will have an impact by:

  • Develop and grow our regional HMO business in APAC region outside China

  • Build strong long term customer relationships

  • Positioning our leading HMO solutions and innovation by leveraging our cross functional team’s knowledge and insights

  • Drive commercial price negotiations, supply agreements and collaborations

  • Delivering on sales execution: account plans, forecast & budget, PO management, with close coordination with operations, quality and customer service

In this position you need to:

  • Have a master’s degree in science, engineering or economics

  • Have a strong commercial track-record in driving sales growth and business development

  • Have experience from ingredients in human health industry

  • Have strong analytical skills with a superior negotiation and communication skills

  • Be able to translate highly complex technical products into the language of regular consumers

  • Be able to build trust and customer relations

  • Be able to travel to connect with global team and regional customers
