- Proactively monitor performance and define core KPIs and analytical views to detect deviations and answer recurring business questions.
- Deliver prescriptive insights and recommendations, supported by clear business context and expected impact.
- Leverage GenAI-assisted analysis and deep reasoning techniques to accelerate insight generation and improve analytical depth.
- Collaborate with other teams within the Data & Analytics organization as needed to support analysis, insight generation, and decision-making.

- 12+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or insights-focused roles, with demonstrated hands-on experience analyzing business performance, drivers, and outcomes using data.
- Proven ability to translate data into what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be considered, and communicate this effectively to senior leaders.
- Strong people leadership experience, combined with a highly hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
- Deep proficiency with modern analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, BI tools, cloud data platforms, and Python or notebook-based analysis.
- Experience using GenAI or AI/ML-assisted analytical approaches to enhance business analysis and decision support.
- Business-first orientation with strong analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and experience working across multiple Lines of Business.
