What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Daily claims review with 100% accuracy and maintain TAT and Quality as per Accenture standards.
• Administer treaty and Facultative reinsurance contracts.
• Knowledge of reinsurance contracts, including treaty administration, claims processing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Review reinsurer inquiry and respond back with requested information.
• Ensure timely collection of funds and keep track of financials.
• Perform quality check for the daily process.
• Focus more on continuous improvement and to simplify/Automate the process.
• To ensure that all the training queries / issues are updated in the query log and resolved.
• Meet KPI as per Accenture agreed
• To have a fair understanding of Excel, macros-VBA, Outlook.
• Complete all mandatory compliance trainings in a timely manner (100%)
• Develop expertise on the systems like –TAI, Advance excel/VBA, and systems used to support research and documentation for daily claims.
• Impart technical/domain related training to other team members.
• To co-ordinate with internal and external auditors.
• To address all the stakeholders’ queries on a timely manner.
• Ensure internal process, policies, procedures, audit, compliance & regulatory standards are met.
Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.
Involves balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger-based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger. Differences which arise are addressed as reconciling items.
What are we looking for? • 7 to 10 years of equivalent professional qualifications is preferred and experience in Insurance/Reinsurance process. Should have expert understanding on re-insurance concepts (Assuming company, ceding, various treaties and re-insurance agreements).
• Claims experience & LOMA certification will be added advantage.
• Graduates with minimum 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Clear/critical thinking, strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• strong attention to detail to produce high quality results in a time sensitive environment.
• Ability to work independently, including strong organizational and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Claims experience & LOMA certification will be added advantage
