POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Manager is responsible for managing a team of loan originators and strategy of sales management for digital marketing sales.

DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic guidance on developing and managing lead generation, distribution and sales processes associated with digital marketing initiatives
  • Coordinates with IT, Marketing, and performance marketing teams regarding digital application processes, chat, digital messaging, and AI solutions
  • Supervises loan originators’ sales activity, motivation, scheduling, training, and administration of related policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the origination team presents loans at rates, amounts, and terms that conform to Newrez program standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitors daily and monthly sales pipelines to support achievement of established sales objectives.
  • Supports training and professional development of loan originators in all relevant aspects of loan origination and sales practices using marketing-generated leads.
  • Maintains adherence to the Newrez Code of Conduct for self and team members.
  • Works with the operations team to facilitate production and sales workflows.
  • Conducts recruitment, interviewing, and selection of loan originators.
  • Keeps current with industry developments and trends.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Leadership experience working with management level employees in multiple markets required.
  • 10 years in the mortgage industry (production).

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of mortgage industry, regulatory environment, and financial markets.
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated leadership, enthusiasm, and ability to recruit and motivate others.
  • Distributed Retail sales experience required.
  • Problem Solver, significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
  • Results Driven, with strong analytical, project management and financial acumen; mid to advanced excel and Microsoft office skills.
  • Outstanding Communicator, with exceptional people skills and ability to work cross functionally at the senior leadership level, persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills.
