Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team (including internal staff and external agencies/contractors).

  • Brand Management: Oversee all branding, communications, and public relations efforts to ensure a consistent and strong brand presence.

  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

  • Content & Communications: Direct the creation of high-quality, engaging content (website, blog, case studies, videos, etc.) that attracts our target audience.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring high ROI on all expenditures.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Skills: Proven expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to make informed decisions.
