What will you be doing?

Service Manager is responsible to supervise & repair Endoscopy equipment and instruments which are under warranty or out of warranty, set up processes for servicing function, maintain repair equipment, adhere to quality policies as per QMS (Quality Management System) & as laid down by GBU (Global Business Unit) and ensure quick turnaround time.

The role includes:

  • Run Service Center ensuring efficiency and maintain target TAT management and First time fix rate.

  • To ensure Company processes QMS (Quality Management System) are strictly adhered.

  • Accurate Spare Part and service pool Inventory Management

  • Ensure service centre meets ISO 13546 Audit management requirement.

  • Ensure proper records are maintained for service centre.

  • Maintain good cross functional collaboration and relationship.

  • Liaising with parent company at all levels

  • Ensure implementation of all software and hardware updates

  • Ensure Service centre staff is properly trained, certified. and equipped to carry out responsibility.

  • Adherence to Company’s Code of Conduct.

What will you need to be successful?

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Graduate with minimum 3+ years of Relevant industry experience.

  • Proficient knowledge and Experience in Surgical Sector

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-Driven and result oriented approach

  • Travel Requirements: <50-75%
