The successful candidate will actively participate in all activities of the Land & Development Capital Markets department, cooperating and supporting the team across the entire service delivery process, from the market analysis to the underwriting of investment opportunities to engaging investors in marketing our investment opportunities, assuring timely and top-quality deliveries to the Clients. 

 

What This Job Involves:

• Sell-side and buy-side advisory for real estate development opportunities comprising all types of projects, sectors and segments, both commercial and residential; 
• Financial analysis using tools such as DCF analysis and building ad hoc financial models tailored to a specific transaction or investor criteria;
• Understand the framework and timeline of urban planning and licensing processes;
• Gathering of information and market data in collaboration with other departments within JLL; 
• Drafting of Information Memorandum (documents summarizing key information on investment opportunities) and specific project reports; 
• Support in business development activities and drafting of pitches;
• Structuring and executing highly competitive sales processes on the sell side and representing clients on the buy side
• Pitches and meetings with clients and investors;
• Supporting the negotiation of complex deals assuring completion in our client's best interests;
• Participate in the development of our in-house technological platform providing.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be/have: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment analysis, Asset Management or Project Management;
• Academic background: Master of Science in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or Architecture; 
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; 
• Advanced level of English is required, both written and spoken; 
• Commercial skills are appreciated;
• Ready to assist our clients in their real estate development needs and engage them with the goal to win mandates;
• Motivated to conduct the marketing phase of our mandates and engage investors and developers with the opportunities within our portfolio;
• Strong commitment to results and driven by a client-oriented approach;
• Used to work within a challenging and international environment, able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
