The Operations Inventory Controller will responsible for managing all materials, consumables, and related inventory items within Operations, including dispensary materials, gel capsules, solvents and consumables and managing stock levels.

$2,000 new starter stay bonus to successful candidates! (half paid at 6 months and the remainder paid when you reach one year with us).

Main Responsibilities

• Monthly stocktakes and end-of-batch reconciliation for dispensing materials and gel-capsules

• Stocktake and management of consumables

• Stock management

• Transfer orders and returns

• Investigations for Stocktake or reconciliation discrepancies

• Support technical completion of process orders in SAP

• Complete GMP documentation to cGMP standards

• Report any deviations in processing or procedures immediately

• Identify and participate in the implementation of continuous improvements

• Manage your work efficiently and cost effectively to meet Operations plans and targets

About You

• Experience with SAP and MES

• Experience in the manufacturing / packaging disciplines.

• Experience in technical writing.

• Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem solving.
