Team Description

Join our SabreSonic & Sabre Mosaic Delivery team, a global group of experts driving the implementation, adoption, and continuous evolution of Sabre’s airline solutions across the world.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting complex instructor-led classroom and virtual classroom training courses for customers and/or employees. 
  • Responsible for applying adult learning theories and established training methods in training design and development 
  • Provides field-support research and assistance for other trainers. 
  • Interfaces with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for course content, training agendas and presentations. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 5 + years experience in the Airline domain working with leading airlines or working as an instructor with software companies specialized in airline software 
  • Should have thorough domain and process knowledge on one area of business in the airline, in any two or more of the below: 

Reservations  ( PNR , Groups , general sales , ) 

Ticketing  ( Issue , exchanges , refunds ) 

Airport Check-in 

Codeshare  

Schedule Change 

 Airline Ancillaries 

Inventory Management  

  • Must have experience in any of the airline reservations products of Sabre, Amadeus, Travelsky etc., and should have worked extensively in the system from as a user or as a trainer. 
  • Ideal to have experience in the SabreSonic PSS product suite.  
  • Should have some training background experience.  
  • Should have excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Additional language (s) also desirable but not required. 
  • Should be able to travel up to 3 weeks at a time to international customer sites.
