Job Description

The objective of the Technical Capability Development team is to develop the full potential of our people through deep cultivation of technical capabilities and enterprise leadership skills. We aim to provide a modern, easy, and consistent learning experience with breadth and depth of capabilities, skills, and proficiencies.  This role closely partners with Information Technology, Global Learning and Development, and various subject matter experts.

In this role, you will be responsible for product/project management, delivery execution, and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to refine processes, deploy and experiment with rolling out engaging learning experiences, develop comprehensive training materials, and collaborate with global clients to address learning challenges. Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of learning demand, including design, development, delivery, feedback, and hypercare/support post-release.
  • Create and implement standardized templates and processes for learning experiences, and procedural documents across various channels to ensure clear and effective information delivery to each target audience. Strong communication and writing skills in English is required.
  • Research, test, and document how-to processes for users, training and executing the process to enhance the learner experience.
  • Handle requests from different products/customers, prioritize them, and offer technical solutions to address issues and requests.
  • Collaborate closely with IT technical experts to assist in developing and implementing continuous learning experiences.
  • Manage numerous learning experiences, learning platforms, and processes with diverse IT technical experts and the Global Learning & Development team to guarantee a successful product launch.
  • Support in organizing motivation and engagement activities to encourage customers to actively participate and return for further learning opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying inventive approaches to enhance learner engagement or recommend alternative learning methods to pilot for improving future learning experiences.
  • Create methods for gathering regular feedback from customers and lead efforts to enhance processes for positive learning experiences.
  • Manage account administration, license allocation and troubleshoot user issues with the learning platform (such as Pluralsight).
  • Manage success measures and metrics for user engagement.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 years of delivering outstanding task execution, placing emphasis on customer service to ensure successful completion of processes or satisfactory issue resolution, and delivering results under pressure.
  • 1 year of experience in project management, preferably with a certification in the field.
  • Prepared to be adaptable and maintain an open-minded approach towards changes and shifts in alignment with the strategic direction.
  • Innovative and creative thinking combined with a talent for comprehending user needs and transforming concepts into impactful communication materials.
  • Customer-centric approach and capacity to adapt and respond to a diverse range of personalities.
  • Great attention to detail to follow through various learning experiences and troubleshooting issues with success.
  • Ability to drive meetings, set agendas, and provide meeting notes/action items to meet project goals.
  • Show a strong commitment to taking ownership and being accountable to ensure the successful handling of the end-to-end process without any issues.
  • Get hands-on to handle processes and activities necessary for ensuring the success of the product. Prepared to be adaptable and maintain an open-minded approach towards changes and shifts in alignment with the strategic direction.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication to generate, present, and deliver content in English.

Preferred:

  • Be a thought leader for Technical Capability Development and offer points of view and perspectives that consider customers' needs and how to better improve engagement.
  • Previous experience with customer service or customer support would be beneficial.
  • Capability to enhance current processes or identify potential issues to minimize customer's problems and frustrations. 
  • Experience in creating content to produce user-friendly email communications, newsletters, PowerPoint slides, how-to guides, or promotional templates.
  • Experience with facilitating project meetings, large group meetings or events.
  • Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings, deliver presentations to large audiences, take charge of group discussions, and conduct training or focus group sessions.
  • Open and eager to rapidly acquire new skills to effectively utilize the appropriate tools for improving the customer experience.
  • Support in motivation and engagement initiatives, aimed at inspiring users to actively participate and engage in learning.
  • Analytical thinking with a track record of deciphering data trends to extract insights for decision-making.  Additional experience in constructing Power BI dashboards would be beneficial.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues or delivering innovative solutions.
  • An added advantage is familiarity with creating SharePoint pages, creating MS Forms, MS Teams polling, Poll Everywhere, and editing Steams videos. Experience in customizing script editor web parts (HTML) in SharePoint would be beneficial. 
  • Experience with Jira boards, Scrum methodology/ceremonies, and product modeling would be advantageous.
