We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh. This role can be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Develop and implement effective strategies in the approach to each claim and its resolution, with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
Analyze with rigor and efficiency the documentation provided documentation;
Actively collaborate with all parties involved (client, insurers, experts, etc.) in order to optimize results;
Act as a team and in close coordination with other areas of the company, ensuring an integrated and efficient approach;
Manage a portfolio of complex claims, in all its phases, until their final resolution;
Provide expert advice to our clients;
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all processes and documentation.
What you need to have:
Degree preferably in Law, Management or similar;
Relevant professional experience in claims management;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Portuguese;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Autonomy, proactivity and a sense of responsibility;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
Good time management and task prioritization;
Strong sense of urgency with excellent client service orientation;
Experience in the fields of Material Damage, Business Interruption, Liability, Cyber, D&O, among others.
