Service Sales Manager__
Are you passionate about product marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales support? ABB’s Electrification division is looking for a LATAM Product Marketing Specialist to join the Service area, with a focus on low- and medium-voltage portfolios.
This strategic position aims to develop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with the global strategy, supporting the sales organization in demand generation and in positioning ABB solutions across the Latin American market. Implement the product marketing strategy for the LATAM region, defining product and service positioning and value propositions.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans and demand generation strategies, in alignment with product groups.
Conduct market and competitor analyses, sharing data and insights with internal stakeholders.
Support the sales team with training sessions, technical materials, and portfolio guidance.
Ensure effective commercial execution of products, promoting initiatives that increase customer satisfaction.
Act with a strong focus on results and sales targets, driving actions to improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, or related fields.
Experience with low- and medium-voltage portfolios, especially within the services area.
Knowledge of CRMs and marketing automation tools for lead generation (e.g., Pardot).
Previous experience in market marketing and business development.
Intermediate to advanced Spanish and advanced English proficiency for conversation.
