Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, then translating those needs into well-structured application designs. The role includes actively participating in the planning and development phases, ensuring that the applications align with the intended business processes. Throughout the day, there is a focus on refining application requirements, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration, and contributing to the overall project progress by providing thoughtful input and solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with the evolving project landscape to deliver effective software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their growth and assist in task execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications.
- Ability to integrate SAP Business Technology Platform services with existing enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance on the SAP BTP landscape.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
