What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Head of Product (Identity & Fraud) to join our growing team. 

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Translate business strategy and product vision into product strategy - gathering and leveraging market, customer, competitive and data driven insights to create, articulate and evangelise product vision Drive delivery of new product and propositions through collaboration with matrix business partners
  • Create and own the product roadmap, and execute against the product strategy; own go to market launch planning and go to market execution
  • Develop business cases to support prioritisation of product and proposition delivery, ensuring product and proposition enhancements drive economic value
  • Improve the Sales team’s understanding of TU’s solutions, their applicability to opportunities and the value to customers to improve early-stage client discussions and opportunity identification
  • Work with Solution Consulting team to ensure client and market challenges are fully understood, and as a result, the TransUnion solution roadmap is compelling
  • Work with Global Product team to deliver aligned product roadmap and drive enhancements
  • Collaborating with – and driving – local and global stakeholders along planning and execution of transformation programmes, including technical design and delivery, and well-articulated go-to-market rollout. 
  • Proactively gather voice of customer through market/industry/client engagement through a range of forums, and formalize requirements through requisite processes and systems
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on market developments and work with Sectors to provide scalable response options to emerging market needs and alternative futures
     

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Track record in the fraud and identity industry, demonstrating successful product launches, leading transformation programs, driving profitable product growth and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver solutions
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflicts effectively; buy-in to a culture of coaching and collaboration
  • Credible and authoritative lead for the development and execution of strategy; strong intellect, capable of analytical and strategic thinking and complex problem solving to interpret data, identify trends (eg: industry, competitive, emerging technologies), and make informed decisions for product development and improvement, and continuously iterate on product strategies based on feedback and market dynamics.
  • Disciplined with strong planning and organisation skills and the ability to balance multiple conflicting priorities 
  • Demonstrated experience in highly-visible transformation and migration programs

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools to drive product development cycles and meet deadlines, including collaboration with engineering teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
