  • Conduct structured clinic audits across patient journey, conversion funnel, and workflows.
  • Identify gaps in lead management, counselling, and patient experience.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and consulting frameworks to clinic stakeholders.
  • Develop customized practice growth plans with KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to support long-term clinic growth.


PDC Strategy & Market Deployment

  • Develop and implement regional PDC strategies with country teams.

  • Prioritize high-potential clinics for targeted intervention.

  • Align PDC programs with SMILE PRO and PRESBYOND growth strategies.


Conversion Excellence & Patient Journey Optimization

  • Drive end-to-end conversion improvements from leads to surgery.

  • Improve appointment booking and consultation effectiveness.

  • Optimize in-clinic patient journey to reduce drop-offs.


Counselling Excellence & Capability Building

  • Design and deliver training programs for counsellors, optometrists, and call centers.

  • Enhance skills in communication, objection handling, and expectation management.

  • Build a 'first procedure of choice' mindset among stakeholders.


In-Clinic Branding, Tools & Materials

  • Develop in-clinic tools, scripts, and educational materials.

  • Simplify complex refractive concepts for patient understanding.

  • Drive consistent in-clinic branding for ZEISS solutions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Application, and PDC teams.

  • Support B2B2C initiatives with strong conversion readiness.

  • Share best practices across SEA markets.

Education / Professional Certification

  • Degree in Business, Optometry, Health Sciences, Healthcare Management or any related fields.

  • Certifications or training in coaching, consulting or customer experience are a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, ophthalmology, or clinic/practice management.

  • Proven experience in at least one of the following:

1.Practice Development / clinic consulting

2. Sales enablement or commercial excellence

3. Patient journey / clinic management / customer experience

  • Experience in training, coaching and capability building for frontline teams, in small or large group setting.

  • Regional experience in SEA or multi market environments is preferred.

  • Experience in refractive, ophthalmology or optometry space is a strong advantage.

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or practice consulting preferred.

  • Strong analytical and consultative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent training, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Pleasant personality and proactive mindset

  • High customer orientation and team player

  • Ability to work across diverse Southeast Asia markets.

  • Fluent in English with great command of spoken & written English.
