We are looking for a Sales Manager to be based in our Hanoi, Vietnam office.

You will manage the activities of professional direct sales or technical sales positions and achieve sales goals for Hanoi, Vietnam.

You will be reporting to the Country Manager, Vietnam and is eligible to work on a hybrid work arrangement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategy that expands our customers and ensure its presence
  • Manage recruiting, goals setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status
  • Aim to increase market share of RA in Hanoi's market

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • MS degree in Engineering / Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 10 years sales track records with minimum 3 years in managerial capacity
  • Successful achievements as a sales representative or sales manager
  • Navigate through complex sales cycle and provide support / coaching to team in the selling process
  • Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Knowledge in Industrial Automation products
  • General knowledge in manufacturing process for different industries
