As a Marketing Campaigns Manager at Vanta, you will be a hands-on executor, managing the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that directly support marketing in reaching A/NZ pipeline targets. Your expertise in campaigns marketing will guide the development and deployment of data-driven initiatives that drive measurable pipeline growth while strengthening Vanta’s brand presence and market leadership.

What you’ll do as a Marketing Campaigns Manager [A/NZ] at Vanta:

  • Develop and implement integrated, full funnel campaign strategies that prioritise pipeline generation across the A/NZ market, leveraging US based content.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators focused on pipeline impact, analysing campaign data to refine and optimise for maximum engagement and ROI. 

  • Partner closely with Sales and the SDR organisation to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market priorities and audience messaging delivering strong conversions through the funnel.

  • Work with the APAC leadership to develop tailored campaigns that drive demand within key market segments and deepen engagement with prospects in the pipeline.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign performance and actionable insights.

  • Execute sponsorship media buys and support event and field marketing efforts in region.

  • Collaborate with Vanta’s US based marketing team to ensure the right level of resourcing  to effectively localise and execute regional campaigns.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B environments.

  • Proven experience in executing a range of marketing campaigns across SMB and Commercial segments

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics
