This role

The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing automation across key operational areas. By optimizing processes and ensuring exceptional partner and customer satisfaction, this leader will oversee three major verticals:

Retail Expansion Operations:
  • Oversee promoter and salesforce management, ensuring high-performance execution.
  • Standardize store layouts and operational workflows to maximize efficiency.
    Develop demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Implement robust reverse logistics processes for seamless returns and refurbishments.

Logistics for New Products & Channels:
  • Develop and oversee logistics strategies for new product launches and channel expansions.
  • Ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and superior customer experiences in logistics execution.

Merchant Operations:
  • Optimize and automate PayJoy’s B2B network operations to enhance merchant performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Oversee bug escalation and resolution processes, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Develop a scalable, technology-driven strategy to grow and sustain the merchant network.
