Job Description
ADI is seeking a Digital-Forward Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team in Chonburi. As part of the Internal Backend Operations Finance team, you will drive factory spending efficiency by blending traditional financial rigor with modern digital tools.
We don't just report the past: we shape the future We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about digital transformation. Beyond basic reporting, you will be expected to leverage automation, data visualization, and AI-driven insights to streamline financial workflows, improve forecast accuracy, and provide the leadership team with real-time, actionable business intelligence.

Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. (CPA/MBA or Data Analytics certification is a plus).
Experience:
Language Proficiency: Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
Technical Proficiency:
Analytical Mindset: Not just a data reporter, but a data interpreter. Ability to clean, organize, and analyze high-volume data to identify trends and anomalies. Possesses natural curiosity and a drive to dig deeper into anomalies to uncover the 'story' behind data.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively translate complex financial data into insights for non-financial stakeholders. Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
