Executive Leadership & Strategic Program Governance

• Lead a high-performing, globally dispersed team of project professionals driving world class strategic, transformational, and operational excellence initiatives across the Supply Chain.
• Define and continuously evolve a scalable PMO framework aligned with enterprise goals—fostering standardisation, efficiency, accountability, and performance.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, influencing strategy and aligning cross-functional business units.
• Champion a portfolio management mindset—balancing speed, risk, and value realization across a complex program landscape.

Project Management Excellence & Framework Development

• Design, implement, and govern best-in-class methodologies tailored for global supply chain operations.
• Deploy tools, standards, and processes that ensure visibility, performance tracking, and real-time decision-making.
• Integrate agile and hybrid project approaches to drive speed, flexibility, and responsiveness.
• Establish governance, KPI frameworks, and risk protocols to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Inspire, coach, and develop a senior team of project leaders, fostering a high-performance culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Build internal project management capabilities through mentorship, training, and knowledge-sharing.
• Attract and retain top-tier project management talent with strong domain expertise in supply chain excellence.

Change Leadership & Innovation

• Lead change management efforts to ensure new systems, processes, and ways of working are adopted and sustained.
• Champion innovation by introducing emerging tools, digital solutions, and industry-leading practices.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine transformation delivery and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience leading large-scale, global project portfolios in complex supply chain and operations environments.
• Deep domain expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes, technologies, and transformation levers.
• Strong strategic acumen with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building and leading world-class PMO organizations and high-performing teams.
• Expertise in project/program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), portfolio governance, and organizational change.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills—able to simplify complexity and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
