Infrastructure Engineering is a high performing team to join! We architect, design, build, test and deploy agile and cost-effective Network, Workplace and Service Management solutions leveraging Cloud and as-a-Service based approaches. We implement scalable, high performance solutions that meet the need of today’s corporate and digital applications using cloud infrastructure technologies and software defined infrastructure. We develop and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation (including operating model) and migration to drive next-generation business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining and monitoring of corporate records in online repositories (ie SharePoint, Records365)

  • Managing access to archival records

  • Perform enterprise-wide document searches to respond to client’s needs and ATIP compliance.

  • Analyze information from various sources on records management policies, procedures, best practices, guidelines, and standards to make recommendations on best practices and improvements to the electronic document and records management system and processes.

  • Provide advice to mitigate existing vulnerabilities and ongoing risks to operations related to the use of electronic and physical records.

  • Create and analyze customized reports using Excel and Power BI for quality assurance; monitoring system use and growth, identification of trends and patterns.

  • Deliver tailored records management system training, coaching and information sessions to a variety of audiences on records management best practices, to support activities that persuade compliance with policies and legislative requirements.

  • Manage the inventory of archival corporate records in multiple storage facilities.

  • Ongoing review and maintenance of physical and electronic records due for disposition according to the records retention and disposition schedules.

  • Additional duties as requested.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IM/RM or knowledge with the following:

  • Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online

  • Microsoft PowerBI and Excel

  • Records Management principles

  • Service Management Tools – preferably ServiceNow

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment with clients. 

  • Ability to work productively with minimum supervision.

  • Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

  • Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
