Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Initial hands-on experience with data visualization tools especially process mining, complemented by a working knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, in case PP) systems.

• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and optimization techniques

• Analytical thinking and

• the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Understanding of business process management (BPM) and data models

• Interest in digital transformation and operational excellence

• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills in English and German (both written and verbal)

• Experience with Celonis

Your taks:

• Assist in implementing and configuring the Celonis process mining platform.

• Analyze and document business processes, including both system-based and manual workflows, and translate them into the Celonis environment.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish a holistic, end-to-end view of enterprise processes.

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and develop actionable, data-driven improvement strategies.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of process data and conduct initial analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.

Start: 01.09.2025

Duration: 6 months, with option to extend

Working hours: approx. 20 hours per week
