Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, ensuring that all aspects of test execution and defect resolution are addressed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and methodologies, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies for complex applications. - Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive continuous improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Test Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
