Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules and manufacturing activities.

• Coordinate nonwoven fabric and yarn production, processing, and raw material management.

• Track and manage production performance indicators using SAP.
• Support SAP-related operations, data management, and period-end closing processes.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance manufacturing performance.

• Support shop-floor quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• 0 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of nonwoven materials, industrial equipment, or the automotive industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including business email writing and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
