Job Description

Supervise asset security personnel and coordinate surveillance, access control, patrol, and incident response operations. • Design, develop, and implement IT systems for security management (e.g., access control, real-time monitoring, risk analysis, early detection, alarms, GPS, and AI). • Analyze security data to detect patterns and vulnerabilities, and propose improvements. • Integrate technologies such as IoT, smart CCTV, biometric systems, and incident management platforms and AI. • Coordinate physical and technological security audits. • Train staff in the use of digital security tools. • Coordinate with IT departments on the integration of technological solutions such as IoT, video analytics, and incident management platforms, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and data protection policies. • Document requirements relate to asset security systems and collaborate with IT departments on their documentation and testing for solution delivery. • Assist in the development of system specifications and solution designs as an end user. • Serve as the primary contact for asset security technology issues. • Prepare technical and operational reports for senior management. • Oversee the preventive maintenance plan for installed equipment such as turnstiles, barriers, alarms, sensors, and drones
