Work within an agile team structure to design, build and maintain custom solutions in Sales Cloud to support Lead to Cash business process
Maintain and enhance customer self service functionality using chat, build custom workflows for case routing and escalations
Manage data integration processes with Salesforce’s AppExchange platform
Implement data cleansing techniques; create and manage workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers
Implement and manage various complex sales and service processes
Work with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration and complex Salesforce.com functionality.
Diagnose and fix production issues.
Implement best practice security components within the Salesforce platform.
Evaluate Salesforce releases for new functionality and recommend adoption strategies.
Communicate with the product owners lead to raise issues and identify potential barriers in a timely fashion.
Develop scalable, high availability, high performance components with a deep understanding of front end and back-end architectures.
Seek empirical evidence through proof of concepts, tests, and external research.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of development experience in Salesforce.com Enterprise edition or higher.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
Demonstrated experience in writing complex Apex code, APIs, process builder and lightning web components.
Demonstrated record of success participating distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture/design patterns, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
