We are looking for a ridiculously good Senior Demand Generation Manager professional to join our growing sales team! As a Senior Demand Generation Manager with TaskUs, you will play a critical role in helping fuel the rapid growth of our business. Our Senior Demand Generation Manager generates qualified meetings for our field sales team to bring TaskUs services and solutions to the world’s fastest-growing and most disruptive companies. We want sales hunters who are passionate about finding creative ways to generate conversations with prospects to uncover revenue-generating opportunities and bring in new business. It’s critical to care deeply about the overall success of our company, our frontline teammates across the globe, and delivering value to clients. Successful Senior Demand Generation Managers have a defined growth path for promotion within the sales organization and other related functions.
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will have oversight of the following tasks:
What you’ll do:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, video, phone)
Focus on creative and #ridiculous outbound prospecting to generate top-of-funnel sales-ready leads for the field sales team
Fully immerse yourself in the vertical strategy and drive a consistent thesis-led prospecting effort to penetrate key contacts within target accounts and uncover opportunities
Diligently log and manage leads, contacts, and prospecting activities in Salesforce. Using e-mail cadences for tracking and flagging.
Partner with data research and insights team to provide guidelines on needs for addressable market lists and feedback on lead quality to support demand generation efforts
Leverage prospecting tools and information available to create personalized messages tailored to meet the needs of the prospect and organization
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (sales, marketing, business, international business, economics, etc.)
A positive can-do attitude (bring 110% effort each day!)
Tech-savvy, preferably with knowledge of contact centers, customer service, or AI/ML
Self-starters, with a solution-oriented, growth mindset, and a strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills (slideshow presentations and Google Slides)
Knowledge of the sales process and qualifying process, qualification is king
Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Groove, and other sales-related tools is helpful
Excellent team building, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
