Develop, enhance, and maintain capacity plans using operational feedback and data analysis.

Deliver actionable insights through database management, scorecard development, reporting, and data visualization.

You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If You Have:
Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to Operations teams and express complex technical topics clearly.
Proficiency in SQL, GCP, Tableau, and Microsoft Suite.
Experience in synthesizing, visualizing, and storytelling with data.
Transportation industry knowledge.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
A strategic mindset and a passion for seeking out innovative solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
Working knowledge of using Power BI and Tableau
Experience in Microsoft Excel with proficiency across various functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
