Rock Dental Brands, a leading innovator in the Dental Support Organization (DSO) industry has an amazing opportunity to join our marketing team as a Doctor Outreach Coordinator. At Rock Dental, our rock-star marketing team is here to serve our clinics and create marketing strategies to grow our business. We’re eager to find team members who can work both independently and with their team to serve our clinics.

Job Summary:

The Doctor Outreach Coordinator is the primary sales and marketing person responsible for building relationships between dentists’ offices and our Rock Dental Brands network of providers to increase the number of patients referred to our specialty providers for treatment and care. A Doctor Outreach Coordinator is the representative for doctors and dental practices, and bridges the communication gap between referring doctors and specialty physicians.

To be a successful Doctor Outreach Coordinator, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. You will log your activities into the company's tracking tools. You should also be willing to travel to complete your duties.

Job Duties:

  • Survey local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals to Rock Dental Brands clinics.

  • Meet with local physicians to promote our Rock Dental services.

  • Help doctors to build and maintain relationships with specialists and general dentists to refer patients with confidence.

  • Grow physician referrals and connect our clinics with the local healthcare community.

  • Meet with referring doctors to discuss referrals, new treatments and thank them for existing referrals.

  • Increase high revenue procedures and surgeries.

  • Provide regular reporting to the leadership team and providers.

  • Analyze performance by geography and develop and execute on plans to improve referral traffic.

  • Support M&A events and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of sales, sales management or equivalent experience.

  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experienced in or, aptitude to become proficient in dental and orthodontic practice management systems. 

  • Detail oriented and focused on quality.

  • Highly collaborative and able to work with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills.

  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills.

Travel: Some travel may be required.
