Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer documents and updating accounts;
  • Checking client documents to ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Resolving discrepancies in customer accounts;
  • Maintaining a register of all documents;
  • Creating and filing reports;
  • Responding to internal and external customer queries (mainly by email).

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of English to communicate freely with colleagues and superiors (B2);
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when working with documentation and data;
  • Analytical approach to problems;
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
  • Effective time management to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks;
  • Availability to work on a hybrid basis;
  • Experience in administrative positions.

Hybrid/flexible schedule:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
