Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue and profit analysis efforts, identifying trends and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the development of 3–9 month business forecasts, including detailed projections of MX device sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGS, and overhead expenses.
  • Manage month-end closing processes from a strategic perspective, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare high-level financial reports for senior management, highlighting key drivers of financial results and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Enhance accuracy in month-end and year-end forecasting by exploring AI tools for improved insights.
  • Optimize expense analysis processes to identify cost-saving opportunities using AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage the investment module for the MX Division, integrating AI-driven insights for better decision-making.
  • Develop predictive financial models using AI tools to improve budget allocation and project evaluation.
  • Review and update workflows based on company policies, integrating AI solutions for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support competitive analysis, market share monitoring, and business performance evaluation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7~10+ years of experience in finance or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Bilingual in Korean highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) module.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
