Technical Expertise Required:

• Strong proficiency in Robot Framework with Python
• Solid experience in manual testing
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Automation Testing Experience:

• Hands-on experience in automating test scripts and execution
• Knowledge and experience in framework creation and maintenance
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize automation strategies
• Tool & Methodology Familiarity:
• JIRA for issue tracking and project management
• SQL – writing queries and understanding database concepts
• Agile and Iterative development models
• GitLab – preferred for version control and CI/CD
• Microsoft Excel – advanced-level skills

Experience Areas:

• End-to-end test script lifecycle: creation, approval, execution, and review
• Defect management and leadership in defect resolution
• System and project testing strategies, including SLC (System Life Cycle) processes
• Exposure to healthcare industry standards such as CFR Part 21, GCP, and HL7 (desirable)
