Purpose

As a Senior Analyst, you will work as part of the Technology Risk team and augment the operational support across various treasury applications. You will assist the service owners within the area in the delivery of operational and change capability across a portfolio of technology-based services.

Essential capabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions using Informatica PowerCenter
• Monitor and support BAU operations, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA targets
• Active participation and ownership in the end-to-end system change lifecycle and ensuring the delivered solution/change is fit for purpose
• Perform root-cause analysis for data processing failures and implement permanent fixes
• Optimize SQL queries and Oracle database performance for large data volumes
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time
• Document technical designs and post-incident reviews
• Participate in change management and deployment activities via ServiceNow

Skills

• Strong working experience with Oracle databases, including PL/SQL and performance tuning
• Strong experience in Agile project / change delivery with expertise in development, testing and implementation.
• Experience with BI tools preferably PowerBI.
• Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Degree or tertiary education in Technology/Computing or similar preferred.

Experience

• Hands-on Informatica PowerCenter development in a production environment
• Experience of Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience of working on Unix. Shell scripting will be an add on.

Qualification Requirements

• Finance graduate with prior experience of working in IT Landscape
• Knowledge of Oracle Database
• Knowledge of how Banks operate.
