DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Social Media to identify and engage with potential prospects.
• Provide support throughout the recruitment process, including conducting reference checks and assisting with resume building when necessary.
• Perform additional tasks as required, adapting to evolving needs and priorities.
• Add new leadership prospects to Target Recruit/applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate candidate information.
• Collaborate with the recruitment, client services, and company management teams to comprehend business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. This may involve actively promoting hot jobs on recruitment platforms and preparing LinkedIn and Indeed Boolean searches for the Leadership Staffing recruitment team.
• Stay current on industry trends and developments to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• 1 years experience in Recruitment or Sourcing is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
