Pacific Avenue Veterinary Clinic is looking for an experienced veterinary technician. Pacific Avenue Veterinary Clinic is a long-standing, full-service animal veterinary practice, with deep ties to the community, located in beautiful Forest Grove, Oregon. Our goal is to provide compassionate and quality medicine while striving to make an impact in our community and treat our patients/clients like family.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate would be compassionate towards our patients and clients. Be confident in rooming patients, assisting in surgery, monitoring surgery patients, surgical recovery, drawing blood and running bloodwork, placing IV catheters, knowledge of x-ray and proper positioning, experience with in-clinic laboratory equipment, comfortable with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education and is a positive and supportive team player. A positive and motivating attitude is a must.
