We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits’ Multinational Advisory team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Mercer Marsh Benefits’ Multinational Advisory team across Asia Pacific is expanding, and we are seeking talented consultants and senior consultants to join us. You will play a key role in delivering innovative employee benefits, wellness, and retirement solutions that help our clients thrive in a complex global landscape.
We will count on you to:
- Build impactful relationships: Collaborate with regional consulting teams, country brokers, retirement specialists, and global groups to deliver seamless, integrated solutions. Partner with insurers and third-party providers to enhance our offerings and client outcomes.
- Lead transformative projects: Manage multi-country consulting engagements focused on benefits strategy, well-being programs, employee health analytics, and retirement governance. Drive projects with agility, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Innovate with purpose: Champion first-to-market initiatives that set new standards in employee health and retirement. Develop strategic vendor partnerships and leverage market insights to create value-added solutions that address evolving client needs.
- Support business growth: Actively contribute to business development by promoting Mercer Marsh Benefits’ unique value propositions and helping build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
What you need to have:
- Consulting experience: Minimum 5 years (consultant) or 8 years and above (senior consultant) in health, global or regional benefits, or employee benefits consulting.
- Educational background: University degree in mathematics, business management, engineering, computer science, or a related analytical field.
- Domain expertise: Deep knowledge of corporate employee health, well-being, or retirement, with a passion for delivering client-centric solutions.
- Communication skills: Exceptional ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Project and client management: Proven track record managing complex projects and building trusted client relationships.
- Analytical mindset: Strong skills in data interpretation, trend analysis, and storytelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Proactive and resourceful: Self-motivated with excellent market research skills and the ability to quickly absorb and apply new knowledge.
- Critical thinker: Agile learner with strong logical and innovative thinking capabilities.
- Collaborative team player: Able to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Business acumen: Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities at regional and global levels.
- Technical proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
