Your Role:
Role Summary
- Ensure operational excellence in IT financial processes.
- Guide stakeholders on financial governance and project process adherence.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, cost deviations, and process gaps.
- Improve process efficiency using Lean principles and automation.
- Leverage expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate; AI skills are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and control non‑SAP financial processes accurately.
- Drive process compliance across PMs, PMOs, and financial stakeholders.
- Detect and correct structural or occasional deviations in financial workflows.
- Analyze project financial data and ensure accuracy of project financials.
- Support IT operational efficiency using Lean principles.
- Contribute to end‑to‑end process and system improvement initiatives.
- Maintain Master data for projects and resources.
- Develop and support solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Resolve medium‑complexity operational and financial issues.
- Support budget monitoring, compliance checks, and forecasting.
- Running training programs & process walkthroughs
- Drive adoption of new tools and platforms (e.g., PowerApps migrations) across stakeholders.
- Identify project/process risks and issues proactively and define clear mitigation actions.

- Project Management Foundation certified with strong understanding of IT financial processes, project accounting, and IT operations.
- Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiar with Lean frameworks and continuous improvement practices
