Reporting directly to the HRSC Operations Lead, this role is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and operational support to Human Resources, managers, and employees.

Works in close partnership with Global Learning & Talent Development colleagues and program managers. Supports the effective rollout, communication, and administration of company-wide technical learning initiatives, projects, and policies within Analog Devices HR Shared Services. Collaborate with Learning Specialists to address technology improvements or issues, enhancing processes and providing valuable experience for all learners, people managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handles inquiries and resolves issues concerning Learning & Development policies and programs.

2. Utilize current company resources and databases to research and resolve questions related to policies, practices, and guidelines. If necessary, escalate unresolved issues to the HRSSC Operations Lead or Global Subject Matter Experts.

3. Under the guidance and direction of the HRSSC Operations Lead, actively participate in the implementation of new programs and policies.

4. Responsible for achieving established individual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and key performance metrics as agreed upon with their direct supervisor.

5. Supports the communication of Analog’s Learning & Development initiatives and projects using a range of online and electronic channels.

6. Maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure seamless transitions when required. You may also be responsible for developing and enhancing existing procedures as needed.

7. Regularly create, review, and update Frequently Asked Questions to ensure information remains accurate and helpful.

8. Record, monitor, and update transactions in the SharePoint transaction log, ensuring all trackers are consistently maintained for Operations Management reference.

9. Identify process risks and implement appropriate controls or contingency measures to effectively manage them.

10. Prepare and submit root cause analysis (RCA) for any instances where assigned services are not delivered as expected.

11. Ensure to send endorsements in case you are unable to report to work.

12. Provide reports identified by the SMEs or the HRSSC Operations Lead.

13. Participate in organizational activities.

14. Attend mandatory/agreed trainings.

15. Facilitate/attend and participate in team meetings.

16. Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.

•HR or Shared Services Environment

•Technical Knowledge in using MS   Applications

•Stakeholder Management knowledge

•Knowledge in Workday, Service   Now, Onboarding, Background Screening and I9 Process

Education and Experience

•University Degree

•0-2 years of HR / HR Shared   Services Experience

•Semicon industry experience preferred but not required

Additional Requirements

•Ensures that she/he is knowledgeable and updated with all HR processes, system, tools and services   in the region/worldwide, including the basic services, tools and policies of   Finance and IS that have downstream or upstream impact of HR processes

•Analyzes and responds to   phone/online inquiries from employees and managers related to HR programs, policies, procedures, and tools.  Provides complete and accurate   response to each inquiry and escalates inquiries according to pre-defined   escalation procedures when necessary.

•Develops, create, update and   improve process documentations.

•Updates contents in HR Services   portal in The Circuit and HR Knowledgebase
