Job Descriptions:

• Supervise overall logistics operation (both import and export) for delivery arrangement and schedule fulfillment

• Monitor and liaise with freight forwarders/carriers and third party logistics to maintain service level and comply with KPI standard

• Maintain accurate data updated, good documentation and report for analysis

• Coordinate with difference department on logistics arrangement

• Support reporting and inbound volume forecast

• Provide recommendation to those problematic areas

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

• At least 5 years of solid experience in Supply Chain industry especially inbound operation

• Knowledge in import/export declaration and operation flow

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team and across functions.

• Good PC knowledge in MS Office; strong in Excel and SAP

• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

• Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skill, detail oriented and good organization skills
