Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to play an instrumental role in building products that help professional investors improve their relationship with money. We are an entrepreneurial company, and this position will have a significant impact on the future of the business and its technology solutions as we grow and expand our operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Creates, communicates, maintains, evolves, and champions the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for all company products, services, and third-party integrations.
• Manages the product lifecycle from concept, to design, implementation, testing, launch, production, promotion, and support, while ruthlessly prioritizing and balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Works closely with and supports the development teams by delivering comprehensive product requirements, specifications, and low fidelity wireframes, and supporting the development team as needed to ensure product development success.
• Continuously analyzes and researches market, industry and competitive trends, threats and opportunities, and reports findings to senior management and incorporates findings into the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Works closely and as an evangelist with all product stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Design, Customers, Users and Partners.

Qualifications and Skills

● Expert experience in product management with a proven track record of managing all aspects of multiple simultaneous successful products throughout their lifecycles.
● Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
● Solid technical background with understanding and experience in modern web and mobile-based technologies.
● Strong experience with the Agile Development Process and related tools.
● Strong experience with wireframing and related design tools.
● Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
● Experience in Real Estate Lending and Finance technology is a plus.
