Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization. You will assess the existing business environment, gather and understand high-level requirements, and design effective business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, you will support organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business processes and solution designs.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to identify areas for enhancement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with retail merchandising concepts and operational models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
