Core Responsiblities . Data Modeling & Development Design and develop data models using InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and Open ODS Views. Implement data flows using DataSources, Transformations, and DTPs. Optimize models for HANA pushdown and performance. 2. ETL & Data Integration Extract, transform, and load data from SAP and non-SAP sources. Work with SLT, SDA, SDI, or other integration tools. Ensure data quality and consistency across layers. 3. Reporting Enablement Enable reporting through BW Queries, Analysis for Office, or SAP Analytics Cloud. Collaborate with BI teams to ensure semantic layer alignment. Support front-end tools like Power BI or Tableau via OData or HANA views. 4. Performance Tuning Analyze and optimize query performance using RSRT, ST03N, and HANA Studio. Implement partitioning, indexing, and aggregation techniques. 5. System Upgrades & Migration Participate in BW to BW/4HANA migrations using Transfer Toolbox and Conversion Cockpit. Support system upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
