Job Description Summary:

As an AI Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions, working closely with the AI Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Your responsibilities include developing machine learning models, optimizing AI solutions, and staying current with AI advancements. You will also handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.
In this role, you will manage the full automation life cycle, with a focus on the development phase. You will ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of deployed AI solutions as needed. Collaborating with both onshore and offshore partners, you will design and develop efficient AI solutions for processes reviewed and prioritized; Additionally, you will ensure the visibility of project pipelines, both locally and offshore, and guarantee compliance with security and data privacy standards before releasing solutions to production.

Accountabilities:

• AI Model Development: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for various applications to meet the defined business requirements

• Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to feed AI models.

• Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.

• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve our AI capabilities.

• Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor AI models, evaluate their performance for accuracy and efficiency, and troubleshoot as needed.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, processes, and workflows.

• Project Coordination: Manage project activities, including estimation, planning, and stakeholder management, ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver AI solutions that provide value.

• Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions comply with data privacy and security regulations.

• Training and Development: Provide training and share knowledge in AI and automation processes and technologies.

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT,  Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or any related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

• Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in AI development

  • Proven track record of deploying AI models in production

Nice to Have:

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Experience in REST API development and other web services; with ability to integrate APIs with various backend systems

  • Experience with reinforcement learning, AutoML tools and frameworks.

  • Knowledge in Agile or Waterfall methodology.

  • Knowledge in UI development

• Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Engineering Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer).
