This Campaigns Performance and Analytics role is key to the Growth Marketing function, focusing on delivering campaign performance analysis and actionable insights. The individual in this position will be responsible for leading deep-dive analyses and developing unique perspectives on demand generation campaigns and decisioning strategies.
The role involves providing crucial strategic analytical support to several teams, including Mobility Growth, Broadband, Product Demand, and Verticals Marketing. The role also requires creating executive-level presentations and compelling slides to effectively communicate insights and results.
Furthermore, this role acts as a conduit to adjacent teams such as Business Intelligence, Finance, DBM, GTS, MyBiz, and System teams.
Developing and managing recurring reporting, dashboards, analyses, insights, and unique data visualizations to drive improved decisioning by the Growth Marketing team.
Tracking and reporting on the performance of strategies, campaigns, digital behavior and initiatives; from internal dashboards, web analytics and ad hoc data sets.
Serving as a data subject matter expert for proactive insight generation.
Owning data hygiene and forensics, as applicable, to identify issues and anomalies, troubleshoot and solution.
Ability to package fact-based recommendations clearly and “tell a story” with data to leadership is critical for success in this role.
Acting as a conduit to cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence, Product Marketing, Field Sales, Marketing Technology, and Digital to align on goals and strategies.
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience.
Relevant experience required.
Experience with marketing analytics and driving actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization and communicating strategies and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square, CRM software (Salesforce, Dynamics), data visualization platforms like Tableau, Qlik and Looker
Telecom or subscriber services experience.
Experience analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
Understanding of direct marketing and Sales best practices across key tactics (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Digital, Outbound, etc).
Familiarity with decisioning systems.
Ability to translate insights into sales channel decisioning and offer optimization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
