Project Support Analyst

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of project execution—analyzing project performance, supporting strategic planning, and delivering the insights teams need to stay on track and on target. Your work will help ensure that life-changing therapies reach patients faster, smarter, and with greater impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, KPIs, and quality metrics

• Spot risks early, propose smart solutions, and escalate issues when needed

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal processes

• Collaborate across departments to turn strategy into real-world execution

• Support key decisions through proactive communication

• Help translate big-picture goals into effective, cost-conscious project plans

• Jump into special projects and bring your unique insight

What We Look For

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field

• 1–4 years’ experience in project management, business analysis, or regulatory QA/QC in the pharma or healthcare space

• hands-on knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Top-notch communication abilities – both written and verbal

• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
