Job Description
Key Responsibilities Drive sales of IC consumables products in assigned territory/accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including end users, lab managers, purchasing, and other decision makers. Identify new business opportunities and expand consumables penetration in existing installed base. Work closely with instrument sales, service, application, and marketing teams to generate leads and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Manage sales funnel effectively, including opportunity identification, quotation, negotiation, and closure. Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management. Support customer retention and recurring business through proactive account follow-up and demand planning. Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to improve coverage and customer experience. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs, and translate them into actionable sales plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategy, and commercial processes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. At least 3 years of sales experience in analytical instruments, consumables, or related laboratory products. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts. Good understanding of chromatography, analytical workflow, or laboratory operations is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
