Job Summary
The Manager, Portfolio Management, Specialty Solutions is responsible for providing strategic leadership of the Urology vertical within the Meetings and Events team. This Manager serves as the key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical-sponsored initiatives and leading a team who supports the strategic planning and execution of large-scale national conferences, while ensuring the highest standards of compliance, financial accuracy, and operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in business, management, event planning or a related field, preferred
7+ years of experience in operations, healthcare or pharmaceuticals, preferred.
Strong leadership skills, including proven success in managing cross-functional teams and ideally with other people leaders.
Strong business acumen, including strategic planning (short, mid, and long-term initiatives) and budget management, with a drive for results.
Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service mentality.
Willingness to travel up to 30% or as needed.
Anticipated salary range: $106,700 - $150,000
