We are hiring a bilingual Account Manager! In this role, you will be an integral part of the Eastern Wholesale Sales team where you will be responsible for selling the Petro-Canada Fuel product service offering into the Fleet and Construction industries in Quebec and Atlantic provinces. You will grow and manage a designated territory, through a solution-based sales model.Minimum Requirements:
3 years of commercial sales or account management experience with a post-secondary education
Fluently bilingual in French and English
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Demonstrated familiarity with business-to-business industries such as transportation, construction or related industries
Strong negotiating skills to influence successful outcomes while building positive relationships
Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Develop and execute on sales plans and implement tactics to grow the portfolio and achieve key performance measures
Retain existing business with a high level of focus on strong customer relationships and disciplined portfolio management
Generate new business by following the sales funnel process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, negotiating sales contracts, and closing opportunities
Develop positive collaborative relationships across the sales team and supporting functions
Develop strong networks and expertise within the industry
Conduct strong sales management practices utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Location and other Key Details:
You will work out of your home office based in Quebec
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
