About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our Mid-Market Account Executive team in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. This is a high-impact role where you will drive consistent revenue growth while developing a high-performing team through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and clear accountability. You will be involved along side your team in prospecting, discovery, deal strategy, forecasting, and closing. You will be helping each individual maximize their potential with specific focus on net new business development. In addition, you work to further build and refine sales processes, establish best practices, strengthen collaboration, and create a scalable foundation that enables both the team and the business to continue growing successfully. You will also play a key role in communicating team performance, key achievements, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership, ensuring visibility and alignment around business priorities and growth opportunities.
This role is based in our The Hague office.
Key Responsibilities

Own the Mid‑Market sales strategy, including segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation and management, and territory planning.

Set clear performance goals and KPIs, and regularly review team progress, providing coaching and support where needed.

Take a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and adapt effectively to change.
- Focus on further net new business development by the team.

Demonstrate resilience and persistence in working towards ambitious, agreed objectives.

Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and effective feedback loops.

Ensure consistency in sales processes, tools and the application of sales methodologies.

Hire, onboard and support the development of new sales team members, building a strong pipeline of future sales leaders.

Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline and revenue to senior and executive leadership.

Support the team by joining strategic customer opportunities and helping to remove obstacles to progress.

Act as a role model by demonstrating the company’s values through day‑to‑day behaviours and contributions to long‑term organisational goals.
The ideal candidate has

At least 5 years’ experience leading and developing B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally within the Mid‑Market segment (1,000+ employees).
- a focus on hands-on net new business development, and has managed a team focused on net new business development.

Experience leading a consultative sales process within a complex SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management and pipeline generation.

A track record of consistently achieving agreed revenue targets.

Strong coaching, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to support and enable team performance.

A solid understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM best practices.

Experience working collaboratively across functions such as Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Partners and Customer Success.

Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to translate strategy into effective operational execution.

Clear communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats.
- Fluent Dutch and English (business level or higher) and already based in the Netherlands with ability to travel to The Hague multiple times a week.
