Corewell Health Care Center

The Corewell Health doctors and specialists at this facility are ready to provide outstanding care to our patients. Our physicians are board certified specializing in gastroenterology, gastrointestinal and nephrology. This Practice Manager III will lead a team of 6 providers, 3 APPs, 2 RNs as well as support team members.

Scope of Work

Supervise and train office support staff to ensure optimal patient process flow and serve as a liaison between physicians and clinical staff in daily operations. Responsible for charge processing, A/R follow up, cash processing, patient flow, maintenance of scheduling system and patient medical records. Develop and implement policies, process improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Three (3) years of direct staff supervisory experience, preferably in a customer-service or healthcare field Required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare experience Preferred.
  • Experience utilizing an electronic health record system Preferred.
